Great bag...lots of room and fits under the seat on the airplane perfectly! Love the space to put my water bottle either outside or inside the bag (has pockets both outside and inside). Also love the zipper top closing.

I liked everything about this bag except for the open sides where there is just…space! There is a zipper across the bag opening, supposedly to close the bag to keep contents in. However, it doesn’t zip fully from side to side, leaving open holes at each end. Items in the bag can easily fall out if the bag has to lie on its side under the seat in front of you or tips over. What were they thinking? The bag is beautiful and a perfect personal size. But the design is flawed. Too bad.

I want to love this so much, but I can't. I do love the shape and size but the handles are made of a plastic material that has started to peel/break away in less than a year. As a flight attendant, I am rough on my bags but I would expect TravelPro to have products built for rough wear and not break down so soon. On the other tote I have from TravelPro, the handles are made of the same thick canvas material the rest of the bag is made of - I wish this tote had the same. I really don't like the way the peeling looks.

Great bag. Tempted to buy a second one before it sells out or is discontinued. I had been looking for a bag like this one for over a year to replace the old travel pro that had been discontinued and finally found it. Love it. Worth the money. I use it for work all the time. I travel every week for work.

This bag worked absolutely beautifully on our recent trip to New Zealand. It has room for a hard cover book, 13 inch computer, all accompanying cords, AirPod Max headphones, and all the other little things needed to make 24 hours of travel doable.It sat on my roller bag perfectly and made everything simple to navigate through the airports. Definitely worth the cost!!!

Have used this bag for several international trips, it's lightweight but sturdy. Storage pockets inside and out, but the main area is free to fill as needed. Top opens wide for ease of access, zipper closes. Handles are good length either to carry or pull over shoulder. Would like if it had key clip.
