More K2 than other over-the-counter K2/D3 brands.

Love that this is a 2:1 vitamin combo pill!Efficacy/ absorbency are very good as I feel noticeably better when I take them.Initially found at Christmas time at Costco; not always easy to find anywhere as they often sell out.

My doctor told me that biotin affects the accuracy of thyroid tests and should be avoided four days before thyroid testing. Just wanted people to know this has it has been an issue for me. Otherwise it's a fine product and I would continue to use it if not for that issue.
