The set doesn’t include a brush, even though it’s shown on the box, which makes applying the gel more difficult. It’s also hard to understand the effectiveness and how exactly the device works — sometimes it delivers a current, sometimes it doesn’t, so it’s not clear if it’s functioning properly. However, I do like how it has become a part of my routine.

Not as effective as expected

At first, the device turned on and worked for a very short time, but then it started to fail. I left it charging for several days thinking it might be the battery, but when I try to turn it on, it simply does not respond. In some cases, it only turns on if I plug it in and unplug it from the charger, which is not normal. Currently, it does not turn on properly and does not work as it should. Unfortunately, the issue appeared after some time and I am no longer within the warranty period, so I cannot exchange or return it. This was very disappointing and made me quite sad, as I expected the product to last longer. I do not recommend this product due to its intermittent failure and lack of reliability.

I bought this and the bt sculpt microcurrent devices. Im keeping the nuface and returning the bt sculpt. I feel the nuface working better.

Compre este dispositivo desde Honduras en julio de 2024, mandado a casillero en Estados Unidos para su envío hasta acá. Lastimosamente el equipo llegó uno o dos meses despues de la compra. Fueron casi $300 del costo del equipo y al llegar aqui, leí las instrucciones, cumpliendo con el tiempo recomendado de fábrica previo al uso, pero el dispositivo nunca encendió. Realice el reclamo de devolución expuse qué no estaba en estados Unidos y por la razón de no poder enviar el dispositivo de regreso no me valieron la garantía, misma que solo contaba con 60 dias posterior a la compra. Se que como yo hay muchas personas que compran en línea sin ser de este EEUU, y esperan con ansias la entrega de sus pedidos en sus países de residencia. Lastimosamente no recomiendo que compres este producto por esta vía, si es tu caso, ya que ni el vendedor ni el fabricante se hacen responsables por defectos sin la devolución del equipo a pesar de las pruebas. Hoy un año después, en un cajón de cosas olvidadas me encontré el dispositivo tal cual lo compré, sin nunca haberlo usado, y me recordé de la cantidad de dinero que pagué por el, prácticamente fui estafada. Espero que mi opinión te ayude a no cometer una mala decisión y que decidas invertir mejor tu dinero en algo que si funcione. Gracias.
