This is replacing an iron that dropped and broken. The old iron lasted for many years and does a great job ironing and touching up clothes.IMHO, the best iron on the market.

Excellent iron, plenty of settings and seems very well made.

I was very happy with this purchase in the beginning.The heating element activated quickly and the iron was ready for use in a couple of minutes.As we approached Day 90 of this purchase, the heating element would malfunction and hemorrhage large amounts of water onto the clothing being ironed and soak the ironing board.This is a huge disappointment when preparing garments for the day, only to be forced to find substitute clothing in exchange for the clothing that got soaked.

It heats up fast, and is buttery smooth. Ample steam for anyone. Wrinkles melt away with ease.

I loved this iron for the first month. Even though there was water leeking then, it was manageable. Now after 4 months of using, the water leeking has gone out of control. It leeks so much that the whole reservoir is empty within a few minutes. This iron is completely useless for me now that the steam doesn’t work. For this price I would expect it to last a lot longer than 4 months.

This iron worked great for the first nine or so months. It still works great, except that it leaks water when turned off and unplugged. It leaks from the bottom and all the water floods the surface on which it is resting. I would not trust a refurbished item based on my experience with this iron.
