Q: When I set it to single and shoot, two or three come out instead of one I’m very confused?

Hello you have to empty out the barrels of the gun and then put them back and then switch it to single and one should come out

Q: Just got starfireXL today and I charged it, but it still showing only 3 bars of battery level. Why?

It could be that the display (the lights) are defective and not indicating what could be a full charge. It could be that the charger you have connected is not sized appropriately for the battery. It could be a defective battery. The one I received indicated a full charge out of the box.

Q: Has anyone had an issue with the power adjustment being stuck?

I just received mine right now and the power adjuster won’t budge at all. I’ve tried and I would like to think I’m pretty strong but it ain’t budging
