COLAMY 1325 Gaming Chair, Black

We received this chair as a gift and it’s had a lot of use. We are looking to replace the left arm rest, as the top rest piece broke off. It’s also a bit squeaky but we are trying some WD40 to see if that helps.

The chair put together ok and worked for a while. Now the piston slowly lowers itself all the way to the floor in a few minutes. It is now useless. Also, it is super loud and squeaks like crazy. They need a simple rubber washer between the screws. Save your money and get something worthwhile. No way to contact the company about it either to see if they would make it right. Feel scammed.
