I’ve fallen more times than I can count and this has protected my head SO MUCH. Definitely worth the investment.

Great style,
The helmet arrived quickly, but more importantly, it saved my head from a nasty fall when I caught an edge in the back bowls of Vail. My head was warm but the venting allowed the air to keep me from overheating. Definitely appreciate the Mips tech and the boa tightening tech. It was quick in and out but secure as well!

Almost great
I have Flight Deck goggles and was hoping they contour with the helmet. They didn’t. Hard ear covers with no earphones pocket, makes pairing up headphones nearly impossible.

Helmet has a major design flaw
Decent helmet all around, BUT the ear covers are held on with snap sockets. This is a problem because when the ear covers are removed, the empty sockets rattle around generating a very loud jingle noise (like bells). This is extremely obnoxious and a major flaw in its design. This issue makes the helmet almost unusable without the ear covers attached to silence the noise. I am super disappointed that a brand like Oakley managed to make this mistake, especially since my main use for the helmet would be without the ear cups on.

Quality
Helmet fit me head very well. Everything feels quality and the look is great. I previously tried a Giro helmet. The quality, adjustability and functionality are night and day. This was money well spent.

This helmet has been amazing for my snowboarding season! It has been through some hard falls and hasnt dented at all!

Absolutely love this helmet. Upgraded from a Mod1 that had dented due to a nasty fall. This has a stronger shell. The glitter finish looks amazing in the sun, definitely stands out on the mountain.
