Shake gas good taste, texture, and consistency. Good balance between protein and flavor. Good for a late night snack.

Would have enjoyed the plastic bottle instead of the cardboard containers. Still taste great though. Fast shipping!!

I like that the boost is glucose control as well as containing protein. I use it for a relative who needs supplementation when appetite is decreased.

I am not thrilled with the taste.

If trying to compare to other chocolates, this would probably be closer to a chocolate mousse flavor as opposed to a chocolate milk or a hot cocoa like taste
