Kango Fitness - Unisex Leather Wheelchair Gloves (Medium)

I ordered these gloves as I get blisters on base of my palm, the opposite side to my thumb. In the picture it looks like they are padded in this area, but this is not the case as I still get blisters. So they are pretty useless to me. The good thing about them is the price. Having travelled 6 miles in these gloves and still got blisters I wouldn't recommend them unless you are only travelling short distances. Lyckily I bought another make that are padded where I require them.

I am a very recent wheelchair user and I am hoping that it won't be permanent, so I didn't want to spend too much on wheelchair gloves because I wasn't sure how well I would be able to "self propel" or how often I would actually use the chair or the gloves.As it turns out, not very often, so I'm glad I didn't waste too much money on expensive gloves! These were a bargain at the price and they are fine for what I need, i.e. occasional use. They come in several sizes but the sizes are unisex so I wasn't sure what size to order, but I opted for small which fits me perfectly.My only criticism is that they smell quite strongly of leather, which makes your hands smell of leather when you take them off! But I guess that will fade in time.

Caution, these are unisex, but only if you are a man with medium sized hands, or a female with not too large hands, a 'small large'.. They are leather, they are reasonably well made, but they aren't that large at all. I have just bought a wheelchair for very occasional use, I'm just as likely to use these for cycling.The good point about them is that they leave the fingers and thumb free for smartphone operation, handling coins and all the hundred and one tasks that are so much harder with full-finger gloves.I'm happy enough with them, but if you usually take a large in gloves, and are male, don't expect these to fit.At the time of writing this review, they are available for an incredible price, and very good value.

Gloves arrived earlier than expected which to me is good. Gloves have a nice feel to them, the right one fits snugly and feels tight but will probably loosen with use, the left fits well ... All in all I am pleased with purchase,nice leather feel to them and strengthend in the right place .Would recommend to friends and family

My husband normally uses "medium" sized wheelchair gloves, however he found these were sized smaller than usual and was unable to get them on. However, the company were excellent and promptly replaced them with a "large" pair, which fit well. They also sent a returns bag for the "medium sized" pair. My husband is pleased with these gloves.

These gloves are great for using the wheelchair. They look nice and they keep my hands warm and protect them from blisters and getting dirty. I use these almost every day, and they last me a couple of months at a time, which isn't a hugely long time, but for the price is brilliant.

Didn't buy these for fitness, weight lifting and or training, they were purchased to protect my palms from the tread of the wheelchair I now have to use in the later stages of terminal cancer.The gloves work well protecting my palms as I self propel my wheelchair and also give a better grip on the wheel ring for propelling.They are well made, from a softish type of leather material.They are very comfortable, and get more so the longer worn.All in all a good purchase.
