The best
These are the best fiber I have bought. I have one in the evening, I take a lot of tablets but these help my body do it's job

Need lots of water
They definitely work as advertised, helps with constipation and makes your deposits a lot clean and firm (if you know what I mean lol) but you have drink lots of water or else it causes the excrements to clump up and get very hard and dry and difficult to push out.

HUGE!!
These are absolutely huge and very difficult to swallow. I tried every which way, in the end taking the powder out and mixing with juice (just to get it down). So now I have an equivalent of a well known constipation remedy. If swallowing is an issue, dont get these, far far too big.
