Easy to clean
The media could not be loaded. This cupping device is ergonomic although I don't suffer with any mobility issues it's helpful that when using with oil it ensures it can be easily sanitised .it's an unusual sensation to start but I'm qualified in cupping so not new to the feeling

Lovely, relaxing pain relief for knotted shoulders
I've had cupping before as a younger chap, when I had a nasty twisted back injury and basically my whole upper back was locked in spasm with every movement - and I seem to remember it was really pleasant - but at the time (some 25 years ago) quite expensive, >£30 a session. So, with my body feeling the toll of aging, aches and pains come and go - but I've always wanted to try cupping again - and this is as good as it gets for home use...For just £29.99 at the time of writing, this totally self-contained device does the job of heating and suction all on its own - I seem to remember this being done on my back with glass balls heated on a machine with some kind of vacuum pump on the top - very manual. This device does feel great - however on my first use I did actually worry I'd get a big mark as the thing sucked very vigorously and I felt most of my back disappearing into it! (Minor exaggeration of course). So, lesson learned: Familiarise yourself with the controls first - it makes a huge difference. In use, I had to get my wife to help position it just right - but it did feel great! I left it for about 10 minutes the first time round, and repositioned a few times, and it left no lasting marks or bruises, even though it felt like there would be.The varying suction and heating patterns should be ample for most uses, and the small compact size is ideal. The fact it's also USB charged is handy as there's no need for batteries or to keep cables around - it's standard USB C - which are all over our house. The overall verdict is: This provides great almost instant relief, but I'm not sure it is having any lasting benefits... but for relief from my shoulder/ neck pain the combination of suck/ heat is wonderful.Thumbs up!

Easy to use
Traditional hand-pump cupping can be quite difficult if you don't have someone to do it for you. This electronic cupping device means that at the press of a button, you can achieve the exact same result. There's a few heating massage options too which are a bonus.

Solid tool for pain relief
I've found this cupping massager ideal to relieve my neck pain. The suction effect takes a while to get used too but is really effective and the heating aspect is great.

relaxes the muscles but hard to figure out settings
I would definitely suggest reading the instruction manual before using this device, but even with that there seem to be some things I either can't figure out or the device doesn't always work properly. Most important to know is the quick release/pause button in case the suction is too strong for you, it has a little knob above it so you can feel where the button is even if you can't see the buttons e.g. if it's on your back.I would also make sure to position the release button where you can actually reach it by rotating the device, if it's in the middle of your back it may be hard to reach so position the button facing upwards or downwards, whichever is the easiest for you to reach or you might panic if the suction is too intense and you can't get the device off. There are 2 modes, constant suction and pulsing suction. For me personally the constant suction is way too intense even on power level 1, the pulsing suction is quite relaxing if you have tense muscles.Once the device is on you have to press the power button again to change modes. Long press the button on the right to change power/suction strength and the button on the left is to adjust heat level.2 things I have to say about attachment:1. The suction is good, very strong at higher levels, but if you position it anywhere that's not completely flat it may not attach if there is a bit of air getting in, so you may need to get better positioning.2. You may actually knot your muscle if you put it in the wrong place, like I did by placing it on the edge of my shoulder blade, but adjusting the position released that knot so if you aren't a suction cup expert you may need to learn through trial and error or do some research about placement. The issue I encountered is that sometimes the pulsing mode would not activate and the device would stay on the constant mode. The only way I could get the pulsing mode to finally come on was when I reset the levels by going all the way to the top until it reached level 1 again before attaching it to skin, changing the mode via the power button while the device was attached didn't actually do anything. The marks it leaves on the skin and how fast they fade will depend on how easily you bruise/heal and the power setting/time duration. I feel like the default 20 minutes is too long so I usually leave it on for about 10 minutes, the marks it left was dark red/slightly purple and faded completely in a few days.A product like this can be beneficial if you often get knotted or tense muscles which regular movement or stretching doesn't fully help or if you want to reduce inflammation, but the device not always working as expected is throwing me off a bit.
