Easy to mount, not huge but then who sends mail these days! Seriously we only needed a mail box for our community/hoa mail and it’s perfect for our needs. I would have loved it to come in white but at this price it was cheap enough to give it a light sanding and buy a can of spray paint.

It's made of metal. It came on time and in good 😊 condition. It didn't come with screws to hang it up, but I solved that problem. It has a beautiful Fleur-de-lis that you can snap on its front and there's plenty of room on the hinged lid and the front to put your address. Love 💕 it and will use it!

The size and color is good-- but the metal is thin, and the hinge is stiff-- looks like it could break easily. It's also only painted on the outside.

I wanted my special needs daughter to have a sense of independence. I fixed her bedroom door to look similar to an apt door. This mailbox is PERFECT for the look required!!

Perfect size for the front of my house. I’m using it for people to leave messages. I attached it to the hand rail by the front door steps. I used zip ties and it took me about 10 minutes.

The mailbox came on time, hence the one star. It arrived with no outer package and the manufacturer’s box has instructions printed on the back which were completely covered by mailing labels. The labels stuck and were impossible to remove without lifting the print underneath. The inside of the box had water stains on the bottom and dried on dirt in the corders and crevices. It appeared to be used although I ordered new. The fleur de lis is made of cheap plastic and holes for it are too small, it was loose inside the mailbox with a small empty plastic ziplock bag that might have been for it or perhaps missing screws. The sides do not fit properly and leave an opening wide enough for water and bugs to get in. The box it was mailed in states at the top to use it under a covering or eve. The box it was mailed in, the product box from the manufacturer, displays a photo of it on the side-thus attracting porch pirates. This would require so much work to be usable that I might just as well build a mailbox from scratch. Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to build a mailbox or make this one usable. I am amazed at the positive reviews about this mailbox-they must have the patience, know-how, tools, and ability to fix the flaws. Either that or they have a completely different mailbox from mine. I do not recommend this mailbox. It is cheap. Flimsy. Not well-made and will require a lot of work, and your own tools, if you want to use it as advertised.
