As someone with kidney disease I have to watch my salt intake fairly closely and don't like to always have to figure out how much salt I'm eating in one day. So low salt items are appreciated. These peanuts are very lightly salted and are fresh and delicious plus portion controlled! I never have to worry about snacking too much because the portion size is just right! With individual packages, it's both portion control and they don't get stale or rancid. The size of the peanuts themselves are on the small side which we like. Not being a fan of dry roasted peanuts, these are perfect. In a bind I have successfully made peanut butter out of several packages! Recommend!
