There are better machines at this price level. This is a bit flimsy and unreliable
Flimsy and unreliable. I would struggle to get the steamer to work half the time. When it does, the supply is inconsistent and runs out quickly. The wait for the steam to be ready takes an age. I regularly abandoned making a milky coffee and just had an espresso shot because I couldn't be bothered to wait for the frothet to work. My main gripe is that it looks cheaper in reality than the pictures.

Looks fabulous, great coffee!
Great coffee maker and together with the matching toaster and kettle it looks fabulous, especially against the black in my kitchen. Makes lovely coffee. The milk is a bit of an art but I bought a metal jug ( with a temperature guide on the side, the temperature is the key!) and now I'm z cappuccino master!

Splatters a lot...but great look....
Excellent looking product. Makes nice coffee.... But.. every time you use, it requires a total clean down. Even sought higher cups to use and still splatters up. Asking supplier to comment.

Love it
Love it. The suppliers even delivered in 48hours when I was expecting over five days and beyond Christmas after my 5year old Lidl model gave up just before the festive season. Looks lovely and retro. Good coffee perhaps not the depth of crema as my last model but still perfectly satisfactory. Produces a lovely Espresso not tried the frother but appears to work. Given the styling if the pump does go , which is an inevitability I will look to replace the pump and keep the product.

Broke at 10 months
While there is no doubt that this is the prettiest espresso machine in the market, and it does make a good coffee, like others have previously said it sprays the coffee quite a lot but most importantly it broke 10 months after purchase. Very disappointing duration for a product that seems so well made and well designed.

Easy to use, heats up quickly makes beautiful coffee, I've saved a fortune on take away coffees.
