It works like it should work. You have to be careful when using it. It is easy to hit the power button and turn up the heat to a hotter setting. Other than that it's a good product for the value. I would recommend it to others.

I purchased this for my husband to comb his beard however, it is perfect to touch up any hair as well. I have used it when I am in a hurry and want to run the equivalent of a flat iron through my hair. I just wish I purchased one that heats up more so this was my only setback. I wish it had a stronger heating capacity level.

I was recommended this item by my hair stylist for my hair.It took too long to heat up and the heat ended up making my hair wire-y. I think this product would be better with a little bit of airflow.
