Best 4k monitor for the pride range, was initially sceptical of the quality it would provide but as a college student in a shared dorm with minimum desk space, it provides the perfect TV like experience while also being perfect for my next gen consoles,I don't know how it performs when connected to a PC but for switch, PS5 and Xbox highly reccomend. If you are in a shared room with minimum desk space and in need of a TV like experience while mainly playing on console,I highly reccomend, 5 stars more than deserved.

Working like a charm from past an year or so.

I am not exaggerating at all when I say this is the worst 4k monitor to buy. It is the worse decision of my life purchasing this item. The upside of this monitor that the refresh rate works at 144 even in 4k. However, that only works when you turn on gaming mode and when you do, it turns into the worse first screen you can ever have. First, when I change tabs the screen either flickers or "looses" signal to the PC, and I placed quotations on loosing because the wire connecting the monitor and PC is totally fine so the problem is from the monitor itself for some reason. Second, when "lost signal" happens, if the 60 seconds reached 0 the monitor turns off, obviously thinking about it makes sense since its saving energy butttt, when you try to turn it on after it closes, the whole PC goes into a state of shock and I get no signal what so ever, forcing me to turn off the PC by closing the PSU (Power Supply Unit). Lastly, when you turn of gamemode to prevent all those problems from happening (probably happens but on less occasions), you lose 144hrtz privilege and you are capped at 120hrtz. Not only that but you also lose G-SYNC feature and you are left with a normal 4k monitor with smart TV options. To conclude, this monitor is extremely unrecommended by me since it brings you so much problems and issues that you spend 100 hours trying to find solutions just to end up knowing that Samsung stop manufacturing this product because they are too lazy to find a solution to all these problems and fix them. The only time I would recommend this monitor is if you are going to use it for console gaming since you wont be using it for multi-purpose reasons.

This monitor blew me away literally. the cors are spot on and its 4k and high ppi is amazing and clear. the TV experience when you switch to the tv mode is unreal and great i use it alot. it has 0 ghosting literally and its great. but when you connect with hdmi you get (motion plus features) which is great for console since what it does it smoothens things out when its 60 or below and this feature is great i wish all monitors does it. it doesn’t have backlight strobing but i dont mind it. you have to get this monitor since its the cheapest and the most feature packed here in uae

If you faced random black screens which was frustrating for me. Turn off power saving stuff, turn off HDR, also make sure that game mode is on not auto. If you kept behaving the same issue. I will just write all the stuff I changed. Cause I kept playing with these setting multiple times. Hope that helps!

It just turned off and died. Horrible monitor. Samsung Support won’t even help.

to those having problem with flickering just buy display port and make sure buy the display port that can support 4k with 144hz and above..

The monitor operates on the same "Smart" TV OS as any Samsung TV, which is a disaster for this monitor. First - this OS is "too smart" - it would detect my MacBookPro connected through HDMI as a PC (which is fine), and when I fine-tune all the colors and eye-care settings for the HDMI channel - it would forget all about it, while re-recognizing my Mac as an AppleTV device. Lastly, what I want from my monitor is not to be smart at all. I don't want Netflix, Disney+ and other buttons on my remote. The monitor should be used for such devices as PC/laptop/video-game console. The rest - I have a TV for that, thank you. There is no easy way to get into the monitor settings - you have to go through the terrible Home Screen which blinks your HDMI port signal each time you go to settings. Overall, good picture quality of the device itself, but terrible menu.
