Easy to swallow capsules , one a day ...very good value . I bought them to ease my left leg cramps and give me more energy as I'm 79 this year and tire more than I used to . Hope this helps .

Not what is described
Thought I was buying a high dose of Magnesium and Zinc but when product came it was much lower than what was advertised in the description and photos. I was disappointed as I had opened the bottle before checking. The pills are large and on for the week I was taking them, I felt a large lump in my throat constantly. I stopped for a few days and lump disappeared so the pills were definitely causing this.
