This is a fantastic tv and has everything that a much larger tv has. I am extremely impressed It is very stylish and the picture is crystal clear and was a doddle to set up - which in my case is very important as I am not the most techno person in the world! The white frame makes it look modern and clean and fits in well with modern kitchens. One of the plus features is that it swivels round to whereever you are standing and hides away when not in use (although I keep my permanently on view as I think it looks so nice!) I would definitely recommend this tv. .

Very small and compact
Bought this to watch tv in kitchen whilst cooking etc. Fitting this was a bit of a challenge as it comes with bolts rather than screws which means you have to drill 4 holes through the cupboard that you are attaching it to to attach the bracket. As a previous review states, it doesn't fold flat completely but it does fold out of the way if space is needed which is good. This was easy to tune in but the sound quality is very tinny and of poor quality hence not sure i'd be able to watch this over long periods ie if used in a caravan etc. The picture quality is good though. It has a PVR function which enables recording via a USB stick ( not supplied ) The instructions are very sparse and vague to say the least but with a bit of practise I found out what most of the buttons do. Overall, this tv is rather expensive for what it is, but, If space is limited then this is about the best option around and at least it will enable you to keep up with your favorite programs whilst in the kitchen.

Kitchen/car/caravan, A COMPACT TV!
Having made an extensive search on-line for a compact fold down/fold up TV in a WHITE finish, I soon came to the conclusion that there are ( as believed currently!) only a handful of televisions on offer that fulfil this requirement, and with a satisfactory technical specification made to EU electrical safety standards with particular regard to use in a busy domestic modern kitchen. Visua make, as far as I have researched, two models in white or black the other model has a DVD/cd playback feature. My wife wanted a compact TV which could fold back under a row of kitchen cabinets above the worktop and which also could swivel over a reasonable angle and be mounted close to a corner. This VISUA 10.2" White finish TV just fits this requirement admirably. The fitting of special requirement televisions of this nature is not really for the average D.I.Y layman unless one has a technical background in the radio/tv trade! The mechanical fitting does require a number of above average D.I.Y tools in ones possession like wood work hole cutters, large twist drills etc and some definite knowledge of digital TV signal requirements and TV menu set-up procedure. I acquired the services of my trusty kitchen builder who did the donkey work in providing a localised dedicate power socket, mounted the Visua up and under the kitchen cabinets and routed the TV cables to where I wanted them. As an ex electronics engineer I arranged the TV aerial coaxial cable feed from existing domestic TV distribution sockets. Some users may find local TV signals sufficient for an "in kitchen" tv portable antenna sitting up on to the kitchen cabinets, but here in ENFIELD at ground level it is rarely satisfactory. However if you live high up in a block of flats in a big town or city it is usually much better for digital tv reception. Having said all that, the VISUA 10.2" TV is performing well and very reliable in it's chosen position with clearly defined tv images, sharply focused audio for good speech clarity. Music reproduction quality is average for a small TV as this.however one can customise to a certain extent sound and picture settings via the TV remote user menu's and there are ancillary feeds for external connections for audio out to HI-FI systems and eternal video player etc. The VISUA is claimed to be substantially waterproof including the remote control. I would advise one does not try to prove these points, just be careful when doing a large family meal session and keep steam and water spillage away from the TV mounted area. However I must point out that one very good safety point IS, the TV is powered from 12 volts Dc from an ac mains adaptor, so it is potentially safe from high voltage shock hazards! My wife & I are pleased with our Visua, I think XXXX 4 stars is a very fair rating. Adrian, Enfield. N.London.

Disappointing
I experienced the same problems as other people have mentioned in trying to get a signal. The instructions are very poor and there is no contact number. I tired to find the company on line and yet again there was no telephone number which leaves me thinking they are not very reputatable. It is up and running now, very slow to switch on but that maybe my signal. Wouldn't buy this brand again.

Excellent Small Screen Kitchen TV
Found this TV after a Google search. Cheapest deal was Amazon. Arrived within one day. Very good picture quality. Stylish and looks good. Mine does fold up to be horizontal and out of sight, unlike what another poster said. It also came with an audio output socket, to which I have connected a pair of computer speakers and the resulting sound is very impressive. A bit fiddly to install under the kitchen cabinet, but I achieved the desired effect and cleared the worktop to give more space. I'm very glad I ignored the reviews saying it didn't fold back properly and that there was no audio output socket. The lesson to learn is don't believe everything you read.

Fantastic Little Kitchen TV
Bought this after a new kitchen fitted. Knew where i was going to install so had a Plug Socket arranged near to where TV going to be fitted. Very easy to install and had already wired in the main aerial and booster. Had to drill a hole through bottom shelf of cupboard, and used good screws instead of the bolts supplied,to site the cables and the power unit inside the wall unit. Folds up very neatly under the wall unit and is well hidden by the wall unit plinth. Excellent picture and very handy for my wife whilst cooking. Very quick delivery from Amazon.

Very good picture quality
Very good picture quality, but very 'tinny' sound, also instructions were for the larger models! I suspect that it had been returned by a previous purchaser.
