Not bad, not great
We've enjoyed Krusteaz products for years, so this was a natural buy (8 pack) to go with a new waffle maker. Churro flavor is subtle but not amazing. Also this formulation asks for twice as much oil (1/4 cup vs two tablespoons) as the pancake mix converted to waffle mix (add oil+egg to pancake mix). You can probably cut back some.Also, a 10# sack of Krusteaz pancake mix is like $8 at Costco. Just sayin'.

Say Goodbye to the State Fair!
These are AWESOME. I got a stuffed waffle maker a few weeks ago and today my wife had friends over for brunch to celebrate her birthday. I figured I'd make some Mexican chocolate dipping sauce and stuff these churro waffles with the sauce.AMAZING!!!! They taste just like churros. I can see where adding sugar/cinnamon to the top would make them even better, but I'm trying to cut out "gratuitous" sugar from my diet . . . I know I know. . . why do that with these. . . but you can't always act logically.They're really good. Not too sweet, which was something that I was worried about. I'm super happy that I purchased a case of these incase they stop making them which I hope they don't!!!!

Yummy good, always love Krusteaz
Love regular Krusteaz waffle mix, thought I'd try this. You don't need syrup on these, just a light sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Or you can add honey. Experiment and find your favorite way, maybe a drizzle of white icing glaze? Only draw back is 1 box makes about 9 or 10 waffles so get 2 boxes!

A great stand by for a waffle lover
Bought these for Christmas and gave everyone a box. Haven’t had any negative remarks from anyone. It’s so easy to make your own waffle mix but sometimes having a box is handy. The flavour is very good.
