Q: Did the formula change? It used to be a dark yellow amber color but now it's clear.

I'm assuming that you mean the liquid? I was looking here at the product for the first time and saw your question---ON AMAZON--If you click on the liquid and look at the pictures you will see a picture of the bottle with the label on the back. If you look at the very bottom of that label you will see it says--- ***Allulose is a natural sweetener and color may vary. Crystalization may occur. Place bottle in warm water to liquefy. And I don't know but maybe it is on the bottle that you purchased, look at the label on the back and on the bottom of that label, but maybe it doesn't say there??? Hope this helps----AND if you are still not sure I would try to contact the company!!!

Q: Why does it say allulose is naturally occurring in fruits yet this is mage from processed corn? So there’s nothing “natural” about it..

I would direct that question to the company. All I know is that it does not work out for me. It barely tastes sweet and I went through a bottle in 1 week. Stevia Glycerite by Now Brand is what I am sticking to.
