Is this product absolutely harmless for fish and all other pond life

I've had no problem with it. The water lilies love it and hasn't affected the fish, ducks, insects or frogs living in it.

Does this feed unwanted blanketweed

The fertiliser is placed directly next to the plant roots so leaching into surrounding water is minimised. They were placed in about ten lily baskets in early April and I have seen no sign of algal growth but have some excellent water lilies.
