First4Spares Thermostat Kit for Hotpoint Tumble Dryers

I have twice had to have these replaced as I can't afford to buy a new dryer just yet, luckily amazon and u tube helped save me, the cost of these to buying an actual dryer has been a lifesaver, the size fit exactly, quality and performance work as they should I'm just so greatful right now that it has just been these heat elements that have been going. Just hope they don't stop selling them because I'd be lost.

Best £4.99 spent this year as we were ready for buying a new tumble dryer, especially when callout charges are added up for repair. Got someone in the know to check and thermostat was gone. This came, was fitted in minutes and everything perfect. Hopefully another few years out of it

Easy to change on your tumble dryer or buy a new tumble dryer

My original kept tripping stopping the heater, meaning I would have to take the dryer apart (I eventually added an access hole and cover) each time to reset it. Since fitting the new ones I haven't had to do this so well worth replacing. Access was via the rear panel and then unscrewing the heater element box. Replace the two switches maintaining the correct wiring. Replace the one with the hole in it with the new one that has a hole in it (this is the resetable one).

Tumble drier not heating up, replaced thermos with these ones and all good again, half a dozen screws to removed to get access. Easy job.

Worked perfectly for my Hotpoint TCM580 tumbler dryer. Very pleased
