Q: The operating instructions mention storing in the Heat resistant pouch but one was not provided in the box. How I can obtain one

I’m not sure how to get a heat resistant pouch but I’ve never needed one. If I am in a rush and packing to leave, I just lay it on top of my clothes in the suitcase.

Q: Using mine less than a week & now the digital readout keeps saying Err, I have to turn it off and uplug it to clear. Is it defective?

I would assume so, mine does not do that.

Q: I have fine straight hair. Does this curling iron hold the curl?

I wear the gloves that came with the iron, I never noticed if it got to hot to handle.
