The contamination found in tapioca boba balls are PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls). Nasty stuff. These, however, are not tapioca, so you would be fine with these. They are made from fruit juice and seaweed gum (sodium lactate and calcium alginate). Not bad for you at all, although probably contain a lot of sugar.
