I see the dimensions answered previously, but would like to clarify: 74 long x 33 wide with adjustable height...correct???

The description is ACCURATE "Table Dimensions: 77" Long (without face cradle) 28" Wide". So it is a bit larger than most other portable tables. With the 3" padding this table is thicker than a lot of the portable tables out there too. Nice table.

Are the legs adjustable for height

yes. The table adjusts from about mid thigh to around your waist. Just unscrew the knob (kind of like a wing nut), pull off the outer part of the leg, adjust it to the height you want and screw the knob back on to tighten and stabilize the leg. Each leg takes about 30 seconds. Easy.
