This is so much simpler and easier than having to deal with a big bag of rice. We eat a lot of rice so we order 10lb. bags. They're so awkward and unwieldy to transfer a smaller amount to another container. Now we just pour the entire 10 lb. bag into the top and that's it. I use the included cup which rests at the bottom to get the rice I need for each meal. The rice empties into the cup at the touch of a button. With the price of rice supposed to rise due to tariffs, it's nice to be able to buy now in bulk. This product is easy to put together and easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Doesn't quite fit 25# of rice. Almost. Needs another 3/4" to 1" headspace to accommodate the remainder of the rice from a 25# bag. Of course I could put it in a different container or just cook the remainder, but I'm not making rice tonight and I expected this to hold the entire bag. Looks nice, but the container itself is a bit flimsy (like a plastic pitcher), until you attach the base and the top cap, which seems to hold the sides in. Other than not holding all the rice in the bag, it seems like a good place to keep my rice.

This item is really good for small family like us. Its just sitting on our counter top for easy access. I like the measuring bowl below as it has lines to mark the cups. Highly reccomended.

No other problems it even comes with a big measuring cup looking thing to wash your rice which is be nice
