How long can you keep food chilled for approximately? (below 8 degrees C)

The product just does not hold any acceptable temperature for a sustained period of time. The only success I get when using this product is to place the food you wish to display on a crockery plate, chill before use in a refrigerator, then display for a maximum of 1 hour, using as many freezer packs as you can fit underneath the stainless tray. I have failed to get the unit down to 8C.Hope this is of some use.

Hi, what dimensions are the cooler packs it takes if I wanted to buy extra?

The cooler packs supplied are 6.5" x 3" x 0.5" and you need 4 of them. I believe the seller offers an extra 'ice pack'
