Vitamin K Complex 150mcg x 90 Capsules

I got these because I was taking high doses of Vit D. I am prone to nose bleeds and taking two per week has all but solved this problem. I knew it facilitated blood clotting so I am amazed that I didn't think of it before

I had shaky hands. Low energy levels. Always sleepy. One a day of these has helped enormously. On day 21 so far and I can see and feel improvement. I am not saying this fully cures it but it helps enough for me to write this review

I am not sure that its is because of it but I take this vitamins about month and I think my bruises recovery a little bit faster. Who don't have enough vitamin K understand me.

This is the exact amount i needed , other supplements have to much K in it, this one is just perfect! i bruise easily,i have heavy periods,i will continue daily with this . thank you

Blatant rip off, nowhere near the amount (per capsule) stated. These are almost microscopic in size. I had Vitamin K complex before and they're usually a standard size. See attached images. Photo on the left is a standard capsule, one on the right is this product.
