I've had back pain for years and I've been getting injections, gone to PT, had ablations, a spinal cord simulator, etc. Before another ablation, I decided to try one of these. It definitely helps my posture! It might just be the feeling of wearing it reminds my brain to straighten up my back haha. But either way it's comfortable, adjustable, and it's helping my posture which hopefully in the long run will help with my back pain overall! Fingers crossed!

My dad suffers from back pain for years now. I decided to gift him this back support Brace and the change has been incredible. It supports his back and allows him to do much more activities comfortably . The velcros hold tightly around his weist . The pain relief he got from this was amazing, definitely worth every cent, would recommend for anyone suffering from back pain and needs help maintaining their posture.

Can't really say if this is good or not, I am under 30 years of age and work a warehouse job.-So basically I got this to see if it would help alleviate the soreness in my lower back from constantly bending over.I used it for a close to a week, while I can't say the soreness improved, (it may have been worse, even) I can't really blame the product for it as it seemed like it fit the way it was intended.I never saw any threads coming apart or anything like that, the velcro seemed like it makes a strong connection.-The straps are breatheable-...when stretched to upper size limits. The rest of it is a different story.I can also say I didn't have too many problems with the vest moving around on me, but it does have a tendency to ride up if you're frequently reaching up over your head during your activity.It does drastically straighten the posture, for that reason I don't really recommend wearing it while driving.

I'm suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck.I'm taking all steps necessary to improve my posture.I purchased this to wear as I work around my property.It appears designed to pull the shoulders back providing a better spinal alignment.So far I'd say it's providing some support but can be a little uncomfortable where the straps come around your armpits.I've added a secondary strap that pulls the cross over straps in towards my chest.This takes some of that underarm pressure off.It's an okay device, but not stellar.

I get back pain quite often, but I had a different products before, I bought for my friend’s , my friend get back pain and this brace posture corrector has really helped with it, and this helps pull them back and it keeps thr back straight as well. Really helpful. Really happy with my purchase for the gift for my friendI might buying it again, cause I need it for myself.

El producto esta bien ,cómo para trabajar en oficina ,pero cuando trabajas en lugares si climatizar el producto es demaisado camiente, obviamente que no lo use debido que al probarlo , me di cuenta que en mi trabajo ,no lo puedo utilizar, es el motivo de mi devolución.

Honestly, didn’t expect it to help this much , but it really does. It gently pulls my shoulders back and keeps my posture in check without feeling stiff or annoying. Super easy to wear under clothes too. I actually forget I have it on sometimes!
