P&J Fragrance Oil - Dirt Oil 10ml - Candle Scents, Soap Making, Diffuser Oil Scents

I loved this, this smelled exactly like fresh soil with all its green and earthy notes. The scent did not feel synthetic at all.

I was intrigued that an essential oil distributor would have a "dirt" scent. I mean, what is it made of? Is it essential oil or synthetic 'fragrance oil'? I have no problem with fragrance oils, since some things just don't have an oil that can be extracted, such as strawberries.My purchase arrived today, and I was immensely pleased with the scent. Dirt? It's easy to think that if someone were to tell you so. Our sense of smell is suggestive to some extent.After a few minutes, I came back to the bottle because something about the scent was familiar. And then it hit me. This is a cedar essential oil![Sherlock Holmes has cracked the case!]I'm not certain which cedar and I can't be certain there aren't any trace amounts of other oils, but this is definitely primarily cedar- which isn't bad. Cedar has an 'earthy' scent that balances out floral scents nicely. That said, this will pair well with something like their 'orchid', 'white tea' (a favorite of mine), or 'cut grass'.I've been buying essential oils for awhile now, and believe P&J offer really great value for the money. "Dirt" is awesome. :-)

Anyone who has ever gardened knows the smell of a new bag of potting soil. When you open it up and that fresh scent hits you and it feels so warming and cozy. That is what this is in a tiny bottle. I absolutely love this essential oil.I usually combine it with P&J's Campfire and Fresh Cut Wood in equal amounts. The result is for rainy days. Try it.

I was unsure about a dirt essential oil but I decided to try it. It has a very nice aroma. It is not as good as real dirt like what you played in as a kid, but it is almost like that.I am very interested to find out what the ingredients are.

This remarkably smells just like dirt, like...there is no comparison other than, going outside, take a trowel of dirt and bring it to your nose...However, I bought this to supplement P&J's Rain scent. With the addition of Dirt to their Rain, you get a REMARKABLY close scent to a rainstorm on parched earth. Most complaints about P&J's Rain scent is that it's too perfumy...and they're right, it has a floral scent. The addition of a drop of dirt to a drop of rain, cuts the floral scent remarkably. It makes it smell like a fresh rain on a field of grass and wildflowers.10/10 recommend

My fiancé always joked that he wanted to make a candle that smelled like the woods. I am making candles as a favor for our wedding and I was on Amazon looking for some other essential oils and I just happen to put in dirt and lo and behold there is actually a scent of a schedule oil call dirt I had to buy it. Once it arrived I open it and it sure does smell like dirt. I don’t know what else this could be used for up thinking possibly hunting or something like that but it’s pretty cool

My customer requested a dirt scented candle and this did not disappoint! They were very pleased with how their candles turned out!

This Oil smells like the out door area of home depot it brings back happy memories of going to Home Depot on a Sunday with dad and randomly smacking the dirt bags, yes this oil smells like fresh soil and happiness, it smells just like dirt I don’t how they did it but they did it if you want a dirt oil for a diffuser or soap idk what you do, this is the oil for you 10/10 will recommend
