Easy to install, great flow rate and no leaks so far. There is nothing for me to complain about yet.

Easy to install. Allows flow control. Seems too lightweight to be "stainless steel," though. Plastic? We'll see how durable it is.

Don't expect good customer service. It's a metal product with a simple on/off valve. How exactly could my usage have "CAUSED" it to fail? I ended the conversation at this point. Worked perfectly. Nice spigot.

Fits our old glass pitcher just right but the spigot isn't closing as needed. This is dripping pretty quickly so I assume the spigot needs tightened but I am unsure how to do that myself. Otherwise, the look, feel, and build are all good... it's just that leak.
