Usage it good, if you know how to use it. To get full access to all features, you don't have to pay for the membership. You don't have to have it though if you don't want. Print quality is decent, doesn't need to be fancy in my opinion, I used it to print names for Christmas gifts, so worked great. I was confused on why some printed and some wouldn't. I contacted support and they replied quick and explained how it works, so after that, it was easy to understand how to use it. Connection is fast on Bluetooth. It did come with 3 small rolls, and I did switch out the colors several times during Christmas.

The app has subscription if you want more design for your job and the price can be above average. - No setting to auto align the paper roll when insert into the machine Overall, it still a good product that can help you in various tasks and printing out cute sticker. a note is that the printing image will not be permanent as this machine use heat to print instead of ink, which is why only paper for thermal printer works.

Great product does a pretty good job at what it says it does, it’s a thermal printer so it doesn’t use much ink it’s also really small and can go a lot of places and is really easy to setup but my problem is the papers adhesive sucks on sticking on things besides that great product
