PRODUCT GETS 5 STARS!!! Seller gets minus 10 stars. Seriously. As corny as it sounds, this stuff works awesome for my plantar tendon and ankle pain. Essentially, it is a sports rub, but it does work really damn fast, isn't hot, and really dos have a pleasant smell. Absolutely love this stuff. NOW ABOUT THE SELLER WHOM I ORDERED THIS FROM, XTREMEK... This is the product listing title Xtremek had up for the Tiger Balm (a direct cut and paste from my order list) "Tiger Balm Non Staining Ultra Strength Ointment, 18 Gram -- 6 per case". When one reads that, one would interpret that title to say that one will receive a case of six(6) 18 gram jars of Tiger Balm. Not according to Xtremek. When contacted about the order received, they tersely responded that the listing was for one jar. Amazon customer service AGREED WITH ME, and has issued a refund to me. When I saw this fantastic deal for Tiger Balm I thought it was too good to be true. Wow...six(6) 18 gram jars of Tiger Balm for $5.39. Tiger Balm is a terrific product! The add is deceptive. The add clearly states that it is for a six(6) 18 gram jars of Tiger Balm for $5.39. The add lists the original price at $51.58 with an incredible $46.19 knocked off the price...90% savings! I am working in the desert in SW Asia and figured I would have to pay extra ($9.23) to have it shipped. But for six jars it would still be worth it. I received the product in about three weeks. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and found one 18 gram jar of Tiger Balm. I was bummed. Shame on you Pharmapacks!
