I always took half of the suggested size. It is scientifically proven. You can have big packs as well but i am not crazy about suppllements

If i feel a surge in testosterone, i will upgrade the review. Right now, it’s having a placebo effect.

Provides a consistent energy level throughout the day. I recommend you take it in the morning. Also, there is a 100% an improvement in libido, which I have isolated to this supplement. Sleep quality improved, no crazy side effects that I have noticed thus far unless you consider crazy libido a problem
