Great price for a dual band ESP – 32 equivalent (sort of)
About these two make some network penetration tools. The price is amazing and up until recently with the ESP 32 – C5, it was the only one that can do both 2.4 and 5 GHz. The soldering was good, the pins are clearly labeled and the LEDs on board are very bright. Had no issues using it with Arduino. Just make sure you download the ameba board and choose the AI thinker board ( RTL8720DN for this particular one). Highly recommended and you really can’t beat the price. I’ve always loved Realtek products.

Can’t get it to connect
I can’t get it to let me backup or flash any firmware. Im using windows 11 x64. Plz help

WORKS GREAT !
I soldered 2 of them on protoboards and did it wrong so I'll probably be buying another set of these soon because i dont want to desolder them but kept 3rd one separate and just uploaded firmware on to it . works great ! highly recommend 👌🏽
