These Technic earbuds are surprisingly good. I've been a Sony XM4 and now XM5 user for a few years now and didn't think anything out there could rival them. But after using the Technics EAH-AZ80-Ks for the better part of a week now, I have to admit they are starting to be my new 'go to' earphones for everything. One of the big things I REALLY like is the 3-device multi-point connectivity feature. I have my Windows PC, my iPhone 15 Pro Max and my iPad Pro as my main devices. And the hand off for each device is flawless. The sound rivals my Sony XM5s too! Maybe not as much deep bass as the Sony XM4s but I still love the sound quality overall. Plus there is no sound cut-offs like I'm experiencing with the Sony XM-5s. They look great in your ear and even though they're a bit larger than the Sony XM5s their low-profile design doesn't stick out of your ears too far either and that concha thing really does a great job of nestling inside you ear comfortably. The only thing I wish is the battery life would be longer. I'm getting around 6-7 hours with ANC on. For me its only a small thing, you can get another hour or so of playback after charging for a few minutes and I have my Sonys available to switch to while its charging. So if you're in the market for new earphones, give these a look, you won't be disappointment. **Update 12/7/2023 - I bought the silver color a couple of weeks ago so I now have both colors. Its great, if one needs to be recharged I can just pop the other one in. I'm officially moving on from my Sony XM4s and XM5s to the Technics EAH-AZ80s as my official earbuds of choice. The new Sony XM5s are having sound drop outs because of where my Windows laptop is positioned on my desk. If I even move my head a certain way, the XM5s continually cut-out and I've gotten fed up with that. The older XM4s don't have that problem though, strange, I would've thought a newer product wouldn't have those issues. I'll still use the new Sony XM5s with my iPhone and iPad Pro when I'm out and about though, just not at my desk with the Windows desktop computer anymore. And I have no intention of moving my Windows laptop just because a pair of earbuds can't keep a stable reception. But these Technics have no problems keeping that Bluetooth connection even when I move my head back and forth between my Mac and PC laptop, its' nice and stable. And the sound is wonderful, just as good as my Sony XM4 and XM5 earbuds. And the fit is great, they feel very snug and comfortable in my ear.

They feel solid, durable, and truly “high-end” in hand. • Battery life is not the strongest feature, but charging is fast. The case holds enough power for multiple recharges when you’re on the go. A big plus: you can charge one earbud while continuing to use the other, without drops in call or audio or mic quality. • This is one of the strongest aspects of the product. Bluetooth stability is exceptional: no random dropouts, no intermittent connections. Multipoint switching between devices is fast, reliable, and seamless. Compared to many other Bluetooth devices I’ve used, this is the most stable connection experience I’ve had. • Noise cancelling is outstanding. With the correct ear tip size, you can almost completely forget about your surroundings. During meetings or calls, background noise is also removed and not noticeable to others. • Microphone quality is excellent, with clear and natural voice capture. Easily good enough for professional meetings and even streaming. Call quality remains consistent even when switching devices or charging one earbud. • Without hesitation, these are the best earbuds I’ve used for work and meetings, considering flexibility, stability, sound quality, microphone clarity, and noise cancelling. • Also highly recommended for gaming and multiplayer gaming due to low latency, stable connection, and clear voice communication. • For music, they are excellent overall, though bass-focused listeners might still prefer some Sony models or other brands. Final thoughts If your priority is professional use, long daily wear, stable multipoint connectivity, top-tier noise cancelling, and excellent call quality, these earbuds are hard to beat.

The sound quality and noise cancelling of these earbuds is excellent. I have it connect to my Samsung S24 Ultra and pairing is fast, and I like the color of midnight blue. The bass is much better than my old earbuds in which it was not working after using it for 2 years. With special features like Noise Cancelling, 3 Device MultiPoint, Just My Voice, Qi Wireless Charging, Alexa Built-In and the price is reasonable at Black Friday's promotion day.

I’ll be returning these, which is disappointing. The sound quality is fantastic, the multipoint connectivity works flawlessly, and the app offers great features. Switching between devices like my phone and laptop is quick and seamless. Unfortunately, the right earbud has a constant high-pitched 'tinnitus' sound that is unbearable. I previously bought a pair from JB Hi-Fi but had to return them because the left earbud had the same issue. Hoping it was a one-off problem, I ordered this pair from Amazon, but the issue persists. The noise makes it impossible to wear them without music playing. The hunt continues for another Bluetooth earbud.
