World map
My grandson had this on his Christmas list. He was thrilled that he got it and asked his mom about getting it framed. It is laminated, so it won’t tear. Beautiful map with the dark blue oceans.

A much better view of the world...
Beautiful map showing topographic and geographic details in a very easy to read font. Both land and oceanic features are well drawn and shaded to give great sense of depth and contour.

Why?
I expect to use this map as a reference in conjunction with other sources. The vinyl surface will allow me to notate it with a magic marker. I.can later erase it and re-use it for another purpose.

Textured map
The advertisement said the map was textured. I bought it for my four-year-old who is studying geography now. I assumed textured meant textured. That the mountain ranges were raised a little. My four-year-old has learned what textured means. Apparently not all map selling companies do.
