Bought both my grandsons each one for there Birthdays.My youngest is a big car fanatic and the other loves dinosaurs and stays on his tablet alot. Both boys love this and found lots of entertainment out of it. Posting a picture of one playing as his PopPop was putting it together and he dove right in!! They both have enjoyed this track and it's neat you have different options to build it however you want!! It's a great gift and assembly is easy!

Bought this for my 4-year-old grandson. He plays with it for extended periods of time. Did not take him long to learn how to assemble it and make his own designs

Both my 4-year-old and 6-year-old really enjoy. Only downside--tricky to put together once you have broken it down to put away. Creative use of dinosaurs and zippy cars.

Presented two sets to my 3 and 6 year old grands. Older child had the track assembled quickly, younger one of course needed help. Some elements, like the overpass, were too complex for immediate gratification. May get used if parents have more time to sit with them, but the kids were action-oriented. They quickly discovered that the “coal” cars could be used to transport other things, like dinosaurs. Actually, coal in a dinosaur-themed toy? That’s disrespect to their ancestors. Decor items like palm trees and monkeys( monkeys?) were unnecessary and, again, not historically accurate and just made more stuff to pick up. Definitely not an educational toy. Could be improved if the cargo cars were large enough to hold more cargo ( even the smallest dinosaurs needed to be squished). The tracks and the vehicles seemed sturdy enough to survive creative play for some time.

I do like this and it is providing a lot of fun for my grandchildren, ages 3 - 7. My rating is because the picture is very misleading. First disappointment, there is no way you can build that configuration with 240 tracks! Second disappointment, the supports for the bridge do not stay on very well. A few times around the track & one or more of the supports have come off. Third disappointment, the doors to the gate do not close after the dino passes through & remain open when the train arrives. I also have looked for additional tracks to buy but have had no luck so far.

2 year old grandson loves to play with this.
