I have always been impressed with Neewer accessories, so was really pleased when I had the chance to order these. If you are already searching for ND Lunar filters or are a photography enthusiast then there is no need to explain why these are needed. The only thing that I would add is whether it is for a camera lens or scope eyepiece, you will get better image quality with correct exposure than with software filters later.These came in a branded box and is good for gifting for anyone new to astronomy and looking into buying a telescope. Most starter scopes do not have filters supplied and eyepieces tend to be 1.25” diameter so these should not be a problem. There are however inexpensive step up rings for 37mm.The stargazer filter along with the 3 ND filters ensure that you will have good image rendition (weather permitting!) at all phases - even in an urban environment. Included is a Moon map card which really helps novices pick out various sites and provides hours of fun. The quality of these filters feel as good as the those that I have used in the past and the results are great.Quality Filters at a reasonable cost. Recommended.

With three ND lunar filters (ND0.9, ND0.6, and ND0.3), a lunar starglow filter, a moon map, and a cleaning cloth, this kit has everything a lunar observer needs for spectacular views of the moon.The filters do an excellent job of reducing glare and enhancing contrast on the moon's surface. I was particularly impressed with the lunar starglow filter; it adds a nice ethereal touch to the lunar landscape. The moon map was also very useful in helping me identify craters, mountains and other features on the moon's surface.The ND filters are easy to install and remove, and the cleaning cloth was great for removing dust and dirt from the filters and eyepieces. The filters are also compatible with most 1.25" telescope eyepieces, making them very versatile.

This set is 1.25" in diameter.The come threaded so you may be able to add them to the eyepiece on your optical train.For lunar observation, if the moon is very full, it can be intensely bright looking at it through a telescope.These reduce the brightness down some, and potentially adds some alternate spectrum filters.I found they worked just fine. They did help reduce the moon glare, but there;s not a massive difference in what you see, just the brightness.Most of my filters are for my camera, these would be useful if you had a camera using a 1.25" viewing attachment.

So, er... my bad.I jumped on these thinking they were for a camera but they're for a telescope which I don't own. So that's helpful.But! I've now tried at least a dozen Neewer products and they've always been fantastic. In the beginning I thought it would be slightly low quality knock-offs but with each product I've liked them more and more. From lenses to battery grips, they've always been great.I wish I could give you the specifics for these but all I can say is the brand are *great* and their lower prices don't denote lower quality.

These come in a case of four 1.25" diameter. filters.Each attaches, individually to the rear of a telescope by screwing into the eyepiece. No issues there and they really did help me look at the strawberry moon, even though that's not as bright as a full moon. The ND filter allows the light to be subdued somewhat and its easier to see the detail of the moon and its craters.The stargow filter really did achieve its purpose in getting rid of glare and I will be trying to add a camera to the setup now the night sky viewing is vastly improved.I
