Q: Mine won’t go past 3inches in height. How do I raise it? Stuck.

Hello - on the top right side of the desk, there is a lever you need to hold to the side as you lift up. It can be locked in to different heights. You’ll love it. Hope this helps.

Q: Can you adjust the desk to ANY height within the stated range limits, or are there only a fixed number of choices of levels?

Set levels from top of desk to adjustable desk top, in inches: 3/4, 7 3/4, 10, 11 3/4, 13, 14, 15, 16. So far we've been happy with it.
