I have purchased many products from Amazon that I wasn’t satisfied with. I have to say this product and with that price tag deserve all the praises. My bedroom always ran hot comparing to the rest of the house and this is the perfect product for what i needed.

The full face mask doesn’t really mold to your face, so it didn’t do much and I won’t use it again. Even knowing that, I’d still buy this kit because all the other pieces are awesome. Eye mask fits perfectly. Yes, they melt after 15-20 minutes, but that’s plenty of time for my eyes to de puff. It would be annoying if you’re using them as ice packs for pain.

The size/shape options for this mask were so awesome! I haven't had a full full face one before, or the little under eye bag shrinkers, so this was a real treat :) I highly recommend!

Works great

I use it for hot compress on the face. I microwave it for 20 seconds. The soft side doesn’t get very hot even after microwaving it longer but the gel side gets very hot so I have been using the gel side only. Heat retention doesn’t last too long- like 5 minutes maybe. I like how there is an opening for the eye. Overall good value for all the pieces you get. Be careful not to microwave it too long as the gel could burst.**EDIT**So mine actually burst in the microwave while heating for 20 seconds! I guess prolonged heating causes it to rip. I used it the night before so it wasn’t already hot or anything
