Pelican M40 Micro Case (Black/Clear)

This is my first Pelican case, and I can see why they are so popular. The Quality is excellent and the case will clearly protect whatever is inside. I particularly like that they have a built in gasket seal to keep water out and make it air tight. It works great! They also have a one way valve to allow air pressure to escape from the case if there is a change in air pressure like when flying in an airplane. This appears standard for Pelican cases, and it gives me greater confidence in their cases. I will definitely be buying more Pelican cases for protecting my most important things. It's not cheap, but I do feel that I got what I paid for.

Highly recommend. Accidentally dropped after taking it out of a "waterproof" dry bag. It banged against some rocks and went underwater for a couple of minutes. Minimal to non damage to the box or the contents, minor scrapes and zero water intrusion.

Excellent Air Tight Case ...very happy with this case and highly recommend...just make sure you get the right size for your needs.

思ってたよりも内寸は大きくて満足です、いざという時にまとめて防水しておきたい物は全部入りましたしまだ余裕があります ただ本体サイズもそれなりにあるのでこのケースを何かに入れるのであればよく寸法を確認した方がいいです

This thing is tough and seals things well.

This is my first micro case by Pelican, though I do own their larger cases. It's very slick to the touch, I was expecting something a little more rough but it's acceptable. The hole for the lock is small and the tie downs on either end is small so if you plan to put a bungee cord through, it has to be small, ie not more than 3mm diameter. Using this box as part of my disaster kit.

Pelican makes excellent solid nearly indestructible cases. The rubber bottom inside is nice to have less noise for items moving around
