Customer support was so helpful with my problem!! Unfortunately my printer stopped working after I used it for about 20 labels. I really loved it as it was so easy to use with the app, and very fast printing with a great quality print, as some printers I saw can mess up the alignment this one was perfect. For the reference, I bought this printer in April 2023, almost a year ago when I was starting my business. But it took me a long time to set up everything, I tested it when I ordered it and it was great and started using it couple months ago and it didn’t last long which was very upsetting as I loved it very much. Customer support reached out to me with the offer of a full refund after I wrote a review about my experience. I knew I couldn’t return it as it’s been so long but to my surprise I got the message and Customer Support was amazing and so helpful. It shows that they really care about their customers and want to improve the gaps in their product. I understand that some machines can have a problem and I just was unlucky to receive the non functional one, but as so many other people who left good reviews It is a really the product and I loved it.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the compact size of this cute little printer! The setup was very straightforward with simple instructions and support resources. The package came with some labels and a USB-C to USB-A dongle connector. I do wish it was direct USB-C connectivity so there would be no dongle needed, but the fact that they considered including the adapter is much appreciated.I myself did not try the desktop version of the software, and instead I used there mobile version of the app to print form my iPad. The app navigation is very barebones and simplified, but its simplicity makes the setup process quick and easy. The app even has a link for tutorial videos and live support to help.There are the options of opening up existing documents or images, or creating within a template. When creating with a template, there are no filters to better organize the different label types, so you’ll have to search up the type of label or scroll through the endless options. I wish that was more convenient, but once you’re in the template designer, you can add your own text, images, shapes, and even create barcodes or QR codes. The latter two seem super useful to truly customize the labels printed.The printer’s speed is nice and quick, and the results are clear. I tested the printer with digital sketches of my friend’s art to test the DPI, and I will say it’s not 300DPI. Though it’s still crisp enough to get some fine details and smaller text. However, unlike some other thermal printers, this printer is not able to print in grayscale. To print shipping labels and text, this isn’t necessary at all, but just in my niche testing example, I wanted to see if it was possible. The alignment for the most part seems to be straight, but it does slightly slant. It was able to print the entire image without cutting anything off.Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this printer! For creating shipping labels and other text labels, it’s really easy to use. I’m looking forward to using this more!

The media could not be loaded.  Prior to buying this, I was using a regular printer and printing every label then cutting by hand. If I had an odd number of labels to print I was losing half a sheet of paper, so wasteful!My biggest needs when shopping for this were affordability & able to print from my phone. This checks off both of my requirements and has extras!I am also able to print my own logo onto the 4x6 sheets, add a border and get 6 stickers per sheet. This alone is a huge money saver!! All done from the app. It can only print in B&W which isn’t a huge deal, my logo only has a small amount of green in the leaves and it’s still legible in B&W.All in all I definitely recommend. Easy set up, easy to use from my phone or my laptop, and takes up so little space in comparison! I ship a ton of packages throughout the country (and sometimes internationally) every week. I had grown tired of cutting out and taping shipping labels to each package after about a year and a half, so I started researching label printers. I snagged this one during a sale.If you're a small business owner who is sick of cutting shipping labels, THIS is absolutely worth the investment. It's not always perfect (I occasionally have to pop it open and scrape off residue from the labels). However, it's saved me hours of cutting and taping, so I can't complain. Love it!

I'm a college student and wasn't sure I would have a use for it like I do there other printers. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the usefulness of the product. It's main use is for shipping labels, but it can also print stickers and labels. I found that this was actually really helpful to have during the holiday season; for returning packages, wrapping presents with cute stickers, and sending gifts. The labels come out clear and well printed. The instructions could be a little more clear, but once it starts printing it's very easy to use. The colors are also really pretty and it already comes with some labels. I think anyone could find a use for this because of its versatility, but I think it would be most useful to small business owners or those who ship lots of packages.

Love it!!! No more wasting paper printing and cutting out labels. A quick couple of youtube videos explain how to operate it so it was easy to understand and use. I appreciate that they pack a few labels for you as well. Cute color, takes up minimal space. I print from pirate ship and the printing app this printer uses via bluetooth works just fine with it.
