Love this powder (I've had Vanilla). I use this to break my fasts, which works great as its packed with protein and various goodness that kick starts my eating window with a healthy punch! The taste is very good, similar to a milkshake in texture and taste but my partner wasn't a fan of the texture (each to their own!).The fullness sets in after approx 15 mins following consumption and genuinely, I feel full but not overly so, just right. So in using as a meal replacement, I've already repurchased and will be trying other flavours too to keep the taste buds on their toes. Absolute steal of a price, certainly compared to similar competitors. Hugely recommend.

I have to question some people's motives to write such negative reviews. Does not mix? Needs a fancy mixer. No it does not, get a shaker for a couple of quid and simply add water or milk first then add your scoops. Shake for 10 secs. Done. Brilliant consistency, fantastic taste, that is simply perfect in all flavours. None of them are overly sweet like another review makes out (probably a competitor) but what I like is they all have varying levels of sweetness (none of which excessive) so you can chose the one to your liking/tasting, that's if you're a fussy git. Finally, since not being able to buy this I have tried several other brands, which has made me realise that this is one of the best meal replacement shakes on the market today. I literally stripped off 4 stone having this once or twice a day (as needed) with one main meal a day and since going out of stock and using 2nd rate brands, my weight loss has ground to a stop and my hunger patterns are just not the same and just don't kick your fat burning metabolism into gear like this does.It's really frustrating seeing people say its bad and putting off others who are then going to miss out on such a brilliant product. I have been using this for nearly 6 months, consistently every day and saw excellent results. Please don't be one of these people who try it for a week or so and think they're qualified to give an opinion on it. Keep you ignorance to yourself. Rant over.Please come back in stock soon and at a reasonable price please.

Great price for the size. It's very sweet, I have to put grapes and apples in to even the flavour out.It mixes very easy which is definitely a bonus

Impossible to consume as it is waaaaay too sweet, even if you dilute it with much more water then recommended! Waste of money!

So I bought this stuff based mainly on the price, I wanted a back up tub in case I got caught short of the stuff I was using at the time, I also figured it would be great to have something else to switch to if I got bored with what I was drinkingThe nutritional breakdown is all there on the product page so I dont need to talk about that.After trying it I have to say I've grown to love the stuff... key word grown, because I have to admit the first time I mixed some and tried it I was a little taken aback with the flavour and consistency. It tastes far more like hazelnut with a slight hint of strawberry than anything else. However after a couple of them, and after getting over the original surprise over the taste I really started to enjoy them, so much that I now use it as much as the other stuff I'm taking. The consistency is great aswell, it mixes into a very thick shake, which is great when using as meals as it helps keep you full.Its well worth the price and I recommend, just give it a couple of goes before making your mind up

Arrived on time, taste is ok but not as thick I expected it to be. Very good value for money. It can hold you hunger for while. Definitely would buy it again.

Having tried quite a few of this type of shake, some overly sweet, some gritty and some that really don't seem to like my gut, this brand is the only one to hit the mark on everything. I mix with pressed coconut water due to its natural electrolytes. I have two per day breakfast and lunch and a healthy-ish evening meal. Results are amazing, regular weight loss from first week, thats something I cannot say for other brands. I do not feel hungry between shakes, another thing I cannot say for some other brands.2st 7lb gone, this is my choice.Everyone is different, it may not be for some, worth the test.

I got a 2kg pack for £19.99 a while back, wasn't expecting much. But I was very wrong, it's so light in the gut and feel like a complete meal. When I try snacking / diet meals it hardly ever feels complete. Energy levels, mental acuity, mood. I've tried a few expensive diet shakes, like Dare, they work really well too but you don't always want a caffeinated meal.I've been adding a mashed banana and raw egg, really works well. I'm a little worried about unknown long term effects because there is no where on the high street that you can buy a meal replacement shake, at a café or health food shop, nothing in a can or bottle anywhere. Protein shakes are everywhere, whereas meal replacement shakes are hard to come by. Who knows why?Ricky.
