This thing really does it's job. And it's crazy how it retains the heat inside during and after your work out. Size is spot on. Pants might be a tad bit to long but you won't drag them during your work outs. Great suit and recommend to all.

This suit is legit! It makes you sweat so much more. I put it on and did a brisk walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill. By the time I was done, I was soaked! I would suggest wearing wristbands while using this to catch the sweat that rolls down your arms. It sounds gross, but that's what happens. Your socks will catch the sweat that runs down your legs. I bought 2 of these sweat suits so I can alternate between them and not have to wash them so frequently.

Jacket runs a little bit smaller than the actual size. Other than that, does what needs to do!

Fits as described, very durable - used 3-5 times per week for months including washing/drying after every use. Zipper position can make the hooded portion favor the same side and make contact with your face during cardio. Best sauna suit if ever had.

This sauna suit is amazing, just make sure to go one size up, make sure you wear something under the sauna suit so you won't get stuck in it lol, take top tights t-shirt, the only CON it isn't tight enough around the wrist or ankles but that's an easy fix you can find something to wrap around it that won't cause the suit any harm a sweat wristband.
