3 liver cleanses: lowered cholesterol, liver spot gone, and better health
October 2020:I’m writing this review because so many reviews discuss before and afters (health) but like everyone who wants to do this... we all have no idea what is normal to experience during the liver flush. Why I wrote this:I have had a crappy digestion since teen years when my periods began, my periods were the worst ever, and I had to work really hard to feel okay to do anything. I eventually stopped consuming all allergens and most protein and fats. This helped me keep my health somewhat balanced, but truth be told I was still very stressed over food. After pregnancy I started having the worst health ever... I went to the hospital several times. They never could find anything wrong despite high fevers indicative of infection, and other problems. I only recently discovered my family has a problem being able to break down cholesterol. After persistence, I found a doctor who would investigate. I was then told I had bile reflux that was causing problems through a hernia. My Bravo PH test came back clean, and I had no acid reflux, just bile.I was 107 lbs, size 0 and eat super healthy, like no allergens and no dairy with all my diet consisting of fresh food and small amounts of animal protein. I have been eating this way for ten years. I was stumped. How could I be sick? Well, I tried everything that modern medicine provides. I even got my gall bladder tested and it came out clear of any problems in both the sonogram and nuclear test to determine functioning. I then had hiatal hernia surgery as I had been told my hiatal hernia was causing the bile reflux. I still was getting sick after my surgery. So, after reaching the end of my rope with modern medicine, I decided that despite what the doctors told me I would try cleaning out my gall bladder. I had previously read this book and was truthfully very afraid of the cleanse. I didn’t want to drink E salt or anything that would make me nauseated. But I had been nauseated my whole life... I finally felt ready. The CleanseOct. 24, 2020: Two days ago, after days of drinking apple juice and some nights of taking Chanca Piedra I did the cleanse. I followed the program perfectly with the exception of waking up at 8 am the next day and drinking the remaining mixtures at 8 am and 10 am.My experience with the drinks: the first solution of E salt and water wasn’t too bad... but it got worse with every serving. By my fourth I was dreading drinking it. I was lucky that I had never had it previously because I was more open to trying it out. The olive oil I used was one of my favorites that I can drink like water... if you select a good tasting olive oil it will help. Drinking the mixture with lemon felt like drinking a salad dressing, I loved it! But if I had to do it with a different olive oil I would have hated it. I felt like the E salt mixture really dried me out.How my body reacted: Everyone is different, so my experience is not necessarily what you will experience, but it is definitely within the spectrum. Okay, so after every E. Salt solution I drank, I felt a little queasy. It was definitely a weird sensation. Like I didn’t feel well enough to move around, but was agitated and a bit energetic laying down. I used the bathroom about three times between 6-9:30 pm. At 10 pm I drank the oil and lemon mixture layed down immediately after and gosh, my stomach was making noise! Like so much noise that my husband who hardly notices anything was looking over at me concerned. I wasn’t in pain nor sick. However, around 11:30 pm I started feeling very sick. I tossed and turned in a queasy state until 3 am when I forced myself to try and use the bathroom. I successfully relieved myself, but no gallstones! My bum did burn a lot. During this entire time my body temperature skyrocketed and I felt very dizzy like I was going to faint. I peeled off my clothes and layed on my bathroom floor waiting for my body temperature to go down and my nausea to stop. I was regretting this cleanse at that time, upset that I had done it... I was miserable! Then I showered and crawled back into bed with the same problems of nausea and heat. I went to the guest bed in the house so I could suffer with more space. I had a terrible head ache, felt awful all over. Then finally fell back to sleep and woke up at 8 am unwillingly but with the objective of drinking my 3rd solution of E salt. I suffered a bit more of a splitting headache and nausea. Drank my last dose at 10 am. Up to this point not a single gallstone came out. I felt miserable, and even more miserable because I had no results to show for it. So, I went to the kitchen and had some juice. I had some water throughout the night, but felt dry and I was starving. I even ate eggs. After drinking some more, around 11:45 am, I urgently ran to the bathroom and began expelling stones, bright green and brown. They were mostly pretty small, no bigger than a dime. The more I drank, the more I expelled. Insane. I still was exhausted and fatigued. I spent most of the day in bed with a heating pad. This was yesterday. I am still expelling stones today. It’s hard to determine how many stones I have expelled, they are so small. I know it’s in the range of a couple to few hundred. I need to do a water enema today. My results: No more bile reflux. I am eating fried food and butter. It’s amazing. I love it. I know this is only a brief moment of relief and I’ll have to do this again in a couple of weeks, but wow. My energy level is high and my mood is ridiculously happy. I feel invigorated and excited for what the day brings.I laugh because even though I was suffering for about 24 hours during the process, I feel amazing. My husband is so impressed with my improvement he is also going to do this!I know this was my first go, so I will update with more results in the future.November 2020 Update:I was feeling euphoric and was literally able to eat anything I wanted the last two weeks. I have been taking Colosan at night since my first cleanse to make sure my body was clean. I decided to do my second liver cleanse two weeks after my last. I know the book says to wait, but I knew that I needed it. So, this weekend I did it. Yikes, it was not as bad as last time but I definitely had pretty bad nausea and dry heaving throughout. I think I get this sick because my body is full of gallstones. Either way, this cleanse produced many larger gallstones than last time. I also started eliminating gallstones sooner than last time (at 2 am instead of the next day). The gallstones I first eliminated where mostly green, but after the first few trips I started seeing darker stones. Towards the last trips the next day, my stones were black and sinking to the bottom of the toilet. I had a terrible headache and body aches while I was releasing stones. I believe it must have been all the toxic material coming out. I could feel gravel come out and saw it at the bottom of the toilet. It was disgusting. I have done a water enema to try and clean out my system so I don’t reabsorb waste. I felt much better after the enema. Though I do not think I got out as many stones as last time, the stones this time were larger and more diverse in color. I think I definitely will wait three weeks for my next liver cleanse because it really is overwhelming on the body. I cannot say I feel much better right now, but I think I am still healing from the cleanse. Nonetheless, I know I got a lot out of my system and know this cleanse works. I have faith that with more liver cleanses my health will continue to improve.December Update (3rd liver flush)I decided to do my third liver flush right after Thanksgiving. I ate a lot of gravy and two entire pecan pies that I do not regret, but my body was punishing me for.... What to say that hasn’t been said before? My second flush required lots of detoxing. I had metal and black sand come out of me. I was suffering for a week and was doing enemas daily. Ultimately, the 2nd cleanse was so intense I made myself wait three weeks before this one, my third one. This past weekend during a full moon, I did the cleanse. Results were a tad larger and paler stones, but fewer. I did eat meat the day of, and I hardly prepped for the cleanse, which makes me think is the reason I had not so much success. However, unlike the first two cleanses, I slept throughout the night without as much nausea or detox symptoms! The day of, I released at most 100-200 gallstones. Like I said, they were a tad bigger, but I wasn’t feeling as euphoric as the first time. Since my second cleanse I have been feeling slight pressure and pain from my pancreas which makes me think something may have gotten stuck there during the second cleanse. During my next cleanse, I’m going to actually prep and follow the instructions to a “t” like the first two times and I’ll report back if more successful. Results so far: I have wonderful results that show my cholesterol after two cleanses went into normal ranges! My hair is getting fuller, color is restored, my eyes are clearer and to be honest, I do have a lot more energy. A liver spot I couldn’t get rid of that happened when I was pregnant 3 yrs ago or so- finally faded! However, the enemas or colon cleanses really help me a lot to get rid of those toxins that are expelled by my liver and gallbladder.

Just do it!
First, I read the book. It is loaded with researched and invaluable information, never mind the short chapter on the liver cleanse. It is illuminating to say the least and will help you to put aside your fears and doubts. I read every review online, over 300. There were a small handful of detractors most of whom hadn't done the actual cleanse. Then I went to Andreas website and read that. Just looking into his healthy, glowing eyes, smooth skin and dreamy face is enough to convince one that this man is extremely healthy for his age ( and taken )I was now ready to proceed with the cleanse. I have a multitude of symptoms from chronic fatigue to fibromyalgia, psoriasis, poor digestion, overactive bladder, failing eyesight, dry skin hair and nails etc... I worried about having pain, being alone, getting sick from the olive oil and grapefruit juice and other possible side effects but soldiered on regardless. The prep was a breeze, only having to give up animal products which I eat sparingly anyway and having to drink apple juice. I also have candida so I opted for the malic acid from a winery ( resources at the back of the book ) It came promptly. The day of the flush, I had a smoothie in the am and steamed beet greens with quinoa ( I don't eat rice ) Fasting until bedtime is easy with the unexpected benefit of being filled up by the olive oil and grapefruit juice. I personally liked the way it tasted! The epsom salts is not delicious but at only 6 oz per serving, it is very do able. Going to bed by 10 pm was the hardest part for me but I managed to fall asleep and if I was a good sleeper, would have no doubt slept through the night. I had no discomfort at all. I must admit to feeling quite toxic by morning and didn't want to drink any more epsom salts but it was a small price to pay for my enthusiasm of feeling better! I really thought it wasn't going to work and felt increasingly terrible until finally at 9:30 without much warning, I made my first trip to the toilet and much to my surprise and delight there, staring back at me, floating, were many jelly bean size, caper size and sesame seed size emerald green gallstones!!!!!!!! I was fascinated and thrilled! This happened 13 more times over the course of the day ending around 8pm. Make sure you have no plans or responsibilities the day after, i cannot stress this enough. and if you think you are done, think again! In the end, I passed about 100 stones, not bad for my first flush and I intend to do as many as necessary to clean my liver. Right after the first elimination, I noticed improved eyesight! I had no expectations at all except that I didn't think it would work much less bring better health on the first try. The following night, I slept through the night with the exception of one trip to the WC, a real miracle for me. I usually rise 3-4 times. I did not have a colonic before the flush but did so 4 days after. Next time, I will definitely do colonics at both ends as I do not want to risk having a congested colon which can trap stones that toxify further and leach into the bloodstream.I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful book and subsequent experience. I will update my review each time I do a flush. I found that very helpful while reading the reviews.
