Very happy with my custom neon sign! The sign greatly exceeded my expectations. The sign has different brightness modes to help adjust the amount of light needed for the space it is in with a dimming remote control. The remote control can also control the different flashing modes that the sign can do. The sign also has a battery box option so it can be used anywhere even if an outlet is not available which makes it able to be used anywhere. It is great quality and seems very well built. It has options to be used with a stand or it can come with hangers. I highly recommend the hangers because the ones they sent were a great design and will hide any screws or strings when mounted to the wall. The custom sign will be a great addition to my wedding and will also be a great decoration when I eventually move into a house. I had a great experience with the company because they send a rendering to confirm the sign is designed and customized exactly how you would like it. They are very responsive and it shipped sooner than originally predicted.

It feels really sturdy and well-made, and it looks great wherever you hang it. Setting it up was a breeze—it took me just a few minutes. All in all, this LED sign is perfect for sprucing up your room, office, or even as a cool shop sign. If you're looking for something unique and personalized, I highly recommend this one. My son decided that he wanted to be a full time gamer/streamer and that he wanted a logo of sorts that would be in all his videos, I went to Amazon to see what I can find to help add to his goal. As a gift idea that I had a small budget for, I ended up custom ordering this LED with his name on it.The customization process was extremely easy. There are different sizes based on what you are looking to create, then you get to choose the font and exactly what you want to put onto the light. The software for the custom build also allows for symbols - for example, flowers, a crown, and a few other things. You can either have a huge clear plaque with the LEDs on it, or you can have the plaque cut to fit only the letters - the latter is what I created. There are quite a few fonts and colors to choose from, but you can only have one color so it doesn't do an "RGB" gamer kind of look and there's no way to adjust the color.The sign comes with mounting hardware for a few different ways of mounting, but I ended up drilling one hole to hang it on a string instead of punching 4 holes (one on each corner of the sign). We also received a dimmer switch included to allow for the adjustment of brightness. It's amazingly bright, and in fact, everything else in the photo seemed dark because the camera itself had to adjust in order to prevent blowing out the highlights in the photo. In addition, there's a wall plug included - and I thought I'd mention this because a lot of tech nowadays don't come with wall plugs, such as phones, wireless gaming mice, earbuds, and etc.The set up itself was a breeze. It took less than 5 minutes to drill a hole into the wall to hang this. Overall, I loved how easy the entire process from customizing to installation!

Love the quality and look of the sign we got! Only reason I took one star off is because we lost the separate power plug for the sign during our move and there's no information on the page as to how to get a replacement or what type of plug it is. If we plug one in that gives the wrong current, we could short out the sign.

Service was nice and fast, helping me build my idea for the item. Light is very bright and adjustable, good size for the price as well. Looks awesome in my room.
