This piece added so much to our room, amazing from a "weird" hook in the ceiling to a hanging light on the ceiling!! Definitely needed. Before and after, after is identical as I added pictures of all purchases prior to "putting together" and this window is on wrong wall.

Easy to install, good quality.

The size is perfect for chandelier and light pendants. It is very light weight yet not a thin metal that bends easily. We got this for our sloped, vaulted ceiling and it functioned in accordance to discretion. It is also very sturdy once assembled and looks great. Well worth the money!

This little ceiling canopy is fine, easy to hang and looks much better than a hook in the ceiling. My only issue is that it is so small! I could have probably known this had I looked at the description more carefully but otherwise it’s refectory for my needs and improves the look of my hanging light!

This was the only thing I am keeping out of my order. It works perfect, was easy to install and looks professional.

Exactly as described, true to size and plenty strong enough to hang our pendant light. Our house has very little overhead lighting so this makes a pendant look a little less like a teenagers bedroom with tacky hooks and hanging lights.

Its a good product. Easy install. The bracket having just regular holes for the outside holes is great engineering and much appreciated. Installed a outdoor wall light with sliding holes and it was a mess why they didnt just have two holes for the outside screws was just cheap and poor design.

The canopy, hook, and bolts were are good quality and as described, & correct size (5 inch diam canopy, fitted perfectly onto my 4 inch diam electrical light box). However the threaded nipple (center mounting tube which the hook screws onto) was the wrong part. It was only 1 inch long (same depth as the canopy), but it needs to be around 2 inches long to function ( it needs to protrude above the canopy thru the crossbar, and below the canopy into the swag hook). So I had to go to Canadian Tire to buy a longer threaded nipple. The instructions provided are poor, so you'll want to work out the steps from first prinicples and/or find general instructions online.....(to determine & fix the locations of the downward screws in the crossbar so they lineup with the holes in the canopy before mounting the crossbar on the electrical box). Otherwise it is a good canopy & hook. Looks good, works well, currently holding up my very heavy pendant. I looped the cable holding my pendant light around the swag hook twice, and secured it in place with a small cable tie.

Doesn’t fit standard j-box. Can’t return it.

The item is advertised as a 5" diameter, however it is less than 4" in diameter which means it doesn't fit on traditional round boxes in Canada. Product itself looks great, just advertised as the wrong size.
