These knee pads work well for my daughter in her beginner season of volleyball. She is small for her age but these still fit perfectly snug and don’t keep sliding down her legs while playing. They absorb the pressure from dives and knee slides on the gyms wooden floors really well, so I’m more at ease about the risk of injury to her knees.

We use these knee pads for my daughter's dance rehearsals. While the are a staple for volleyball they definitely help keep her knee's safe during rehearsals. They are also not bulky and easy to wash!

One pair was fine the other ripped the first day of use. In general they were fine and fit well and seemed like great quality but we had to buy a pair locally for one of my daughters when the first pair ripped.
