Hi Broke four days after the guarantee they need to look at the stand very poor

This is a great case, I’ve been using it for a few months now and I really did want to give it 5 stars, the app wouldn’t let me give it 4.5 stars as that’s where it sits. The case has helped protect my surface pro while I’m out on site and bumps and bangs are inevitable! The reverse hand grip is great and the fact it turns is perfect for me having to hold at different angles etc. The one annoying part is the shoulder strap, 3 times now the strap has come away on one corner and the the SP dropped, fortunately on two of those occasions i caught it, on the other the screen protector and the case saved any real damage, just the need to replace the screen protector which is cracked. One other part I’d get the manufacturers to look at is the loop which keeps the keyboard strapped to the SP, this could do with being mounted further into the protective unit so it’s grip is further into the keyboard. There is the potential for the keyboard to be unhooked easily, problem being if it falls fully open the the force will disconnect the keyboard from the SP and in turn fall to the floor, keyboard still works but with a cracked trackpad.

Goes with my surface pro 6... Off course I had to protect it with the best... Although it might not look that appealing (Elegant) it's supper useful.

Strap to hold the type cover isn't great but other than that it's solid

This is a tough case but it only covers the back and sides so any impact on the front is unprotected (obviously this is by design). This would be manageable if the type cover hinge was at the top when carried over the shoulder - since the type cover would protect the screen. But bizarrely its designed with the hinge at the bottom, which means when you're carrying the thing around the cover is constantly falling down, and then falling off under its own weight. I bought it for site work and it's essentially useless.

The strap that holds the keyboard in place is in the wrong position, allowing the keyboard to fall open when being carried with should strap.

Almost everything is great. The over arm attachment is easily connecter and removed and the cover is great. However the cord used to hold the keyboard in place when walking is next to useless. Trying to create a workaround to make the product good for all senarios. Generally pretty happy

Good sturdy case, I really love it, wish hand grip could be removable as it keeps it wobbling on plain surface while writing.

Antes de comprar un accesorio siempre reviso todos los comentarios y vídeos de youtube buscando no equivocarme. Sin duda, la opción UAG es la mejor para el Surface Pro 7 y mi mayor duda era decidirme entre la opción negra tradicional y la transparente que además es más cara. Finalmente estoy contento con la compra de la funda transparente y quería comentar mis impresiones por si os son de utilidad. - El único punto negativo para mi en esta funda y que debes considerar es la goma que sujeta el teclado cuando está cerrado, ver foto adjunta, en la funda negra tradicional al usar goma para sujetar el teclado, queda bien sujeta por los bordes plásticos de la esquina de la funda e incluso la pestaña de goma queda totalmente apoyada contra la parte trasera del teclado. Sin embargo en esta funda transparente no sé por qué han cambiado el diseño, porque la goma no tiene puntos de apoyo y apenas sujeta la esquina de la tapa como podéis ver en la foto, además la pestaña queda perpendicular al teclado en vez de quedar apoyado contra él. El problema es que si llevas tu Pro 7 en la mano o colgada del brazo y haces un movimiento brusco la goma se va a salir y se va a caer el teclado. Si no haces movimientos extraños no hay problema. Este para mí es algo que debes considerar ya que en la funda negra tradicional este problema no existe. - Por lo demás, esta funda está estéticamente más evolucionada que la funda negra, pesa unos 500gr menos, la base trasera de plástico funciona muy bien, tiene solo una posición, pero es la posición correcta para trabajar y queda bien cerrada, no como la funda negra que tiene un sistema de imanes que hace que no quede siempre bien cerrada a la funda. Y el soporte para la mano me parece interesante para llevar tu pro 7 cuando estas en una feria o visitando clientes y quieres hacer observaciones rápidas con tu ordenador mientras estas de pie o no tienes una mesa donde trabajar. La posición del Pen está más evolucionada y adaptada a los modelos más modernos del Surface. En resumen, repetiría la compra y mi elección. No he tenido problemas con la goma del cierre del teclado hasta el momento, pero en cuarentena no me he movido de casa, siento que algún susto tendré cuando salga de casa con ella y realice algún movimiento que haga saltar la goma. Aun así, sin dudarlo la opción transparente.

Emballage (Amazon) & packaging (UAG) impeccable, arrivé dans les temps (merci les Amazon Lockers !!!) Installation du Surface dans la protection : on cale un côté, puis insère la bas, puis on clipse le bord supérieur ... et hop c'est en place. (faut vraiment avoir deux mains gauches pour se rater ou déformer l'écran ... c'est ajusté mais prévu pour s'installer sans dégrader le produit ou l'écran) Par contre, en effet, à sortir c'est beaucoup plus délicat, car les bords renforcés sont costauds ... donc bien penser à installer la carte micro-SD avant. Une fois dedans, on peut secouer dans tous les sens, le Surface n'a plus envie de bouger ou de s'échapper. Le look est superbe (j’adore le petit côté militaire "je suis prêt à faire des relevés avec mon surface dans une zone radioactive !" :-) ) La "poignée" ou Handstrap est parfaite, la zone ou l'on place la paume est caoutchoutée et rugeuse, pas de risque que ca glisse, même si on a la main moite ... le strap se vérouille par velcro et est assez large pour ne pas fatiguer la main ... il y a même de crans sur le système rotatif qui permet de stabiliser l'écran dans la position choisie. Le poids ... mouais ... quand on soulève les 798 grammes d'une main ... faut pas être culturiste pour supporter le poids supplémentaire de la protection (et croyez moi, je suis loin d'avoir les avant-bras de Vin Diesel ... :-/ ) Livré avec le shoulder strap ... bon là too much ... se balader avec le surface en sac a main ... ... je laisserai ma femme compléter l'avis hein ... Sinon il est bien fini et semble solide. Au final, un produit de qualité, protection au top pour un look militaire (bon, ok, faut aimer ... non madame, ils le font pas rose bonbon avec des cœurs kawaii et des licornes ...) parfaitement complété par le clavier qui en position fermée (petit élastique avec une tirette pour le verrouiller) protège l'écran. Je peux enfin vadrouiller avec mon surface dans la main sans aucun risque ... (si ce n'est un écran bleu ... mais ça c'est un autre problème ... :-) ) Je recommande chaudement !
